You see a folder with the name of the map you were trying to install, for instance Europe or United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland. Open the folder InternalMemory or Storage Open the following folder: Documents > TomTom > HOME > Backup > Backup01. Press the Windows key+E to open the Windows file explorer. You can copy the map manually from a backup created in TomTom HOME.
NOTE: Depending on the size of the map and speed of your computer, this can take up to a few hours to complete.
